Wooden conservatory with terminal wet rot in danger of collapse

The existing wooden structure (dark brown stain) of this conservatory had terminal wet rot was completely replaced with new wood and treated with preserver. The vertical sections  were redesigned to give a cleaner light feel to the new structure. Existing walls and roof lights were re-used as they were in perfect condition.

The re-build is virtually identical except for horizontal bars and lighter wood stain giving an open airy feel to the conservatory. By comparison the total build cost of this renovation was less than half of a new uPVC replacement.  Existing door will eventually be stripped of dark stain.
